I had an enjoyable stay at the resort, which was very clean and located in a fantastic area. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. However, my room had issues with air conditioning, and there were complications during checkout regarding my payment. Thankfully, it didn't ruin my overall experience, but I hope they improve their communication and room maintenance.

I had some mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Lakeside, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was quite friendly and eager to help, but my stay was marred by issues with the room and some payment mishaps. The building itself is showing its age, and while I appreciated the renovations that were underway, it still needs more work to be truly comfortable.
